Forasmuch as this Courte was this day informed by Mr Horle beinge of the pl(aintifs) Councell that the pl(aintiff) havinge ext(end)ed his Bill into this Courte to bee releeved against the def(endant) the def(endant) have appeared but for delay have obtained ______ pete__ to Answere in the Cuntrye and yet proceed at Law ag(ains)t the pl(aintiff) touchinge the matters complayned of by the complaynants Bill It is ordered an Iniunc(i)on be awarded ag(ains)t the def(endants) theire Councellors Attorneies and Sollicitors for stay of the def(endants) proceedings at law touchinge the matters here complayned of untill they have p(er)fectlie answered the pl(aintiffs) Bill and further order to the contrary
