Sheriff of Herefordshire ordered to arrest a very long list of people in the county and in the lordship of Elvell; most of these were Vaughans, but the list included Eustance Whitney of Whitney, gentilmon, All wanted for felonies and ‘perditionibus’ ('various wickednesses'?); he failed to find them so they were all outlawed.
