He was born in Fitzwilliam, N. H.; was an engineer, and at the time of his death was in the employ of Doliber, Goodale & Co., at 41 Central Wharf, Boston, Mass., manufacturers of Mellen's food for infants and invalids. He was strictly temperate, never used liquor or tobacco in any form, was industrious and a staunch republican. He d. Apr. 1, 1886; res. Boston, Mass., 1098 Washington St., Madison Hotel. 9571. i.
