Seventh Generation.
married, 16 March 1836, in Ridgefield, Conn., Sarah Ann Olmstead, who was born in Reading, Conn., 16 May 1812, dau. or Hezekiah and Hannah (Smith) Olmstead, of Reading. They settled in Stamford, Conn., and moved, 10 Ap. 1865, to South Hem, Vt, where they were living, in Jan. 1875. He has been postmaster there, since 28 Ap. 1865, and a town-officer.
1726 IX. Semantha Keeler, b. in Ridgefield, Conn., 22 Oct 1811; married Joseph Perry Wheeler, who died in Ridgefield, 4 March 1850, aged 42 years, and was buried in Titicus Cemetery. She was married (2d), 24 Dec. 1851, at Ridgefield, by Timothy Jones, Esq., to Joseph P. Dayton, a member of the Society of Friends. She died in Ridgefield, 19 Feb. 1852, without children, and was buried in Titicus Cemetery.
1727 X. Philip Riley Keeler, b. in Ridgefield, Conn., 8 July 1814; a farmer; married Lydia Bates; and settled at South Hero, Vt., where he died, 13 June 1852. 5667
1728 XI. Clark Smith Keeler, b. in Ridgefield, Conn., 5 Dec 1817; a hotel-keeper; married at South Salem, N. Y., Harriet Elizabeth Beers, born in Canaan, Conn., is Nov. 1819, dau. of Jonathan and Annie (Waterbury) Beers, of South Salem. They settled at South Hero, Vt, 28 Feb. 1850, and were living there in March 1875, when he was proprietor of the Island House. 5671

    And, perhaps, another son, all of whom died in infancy, at South Hero, Vt., and were buried there; and not one of those who received their father's property, has been able to give their records.

1733 I. William Warner, a baker; settled on Staten Island, N. Y. Another account says that he lived in Brooklyn, N. Y., in Oct. 1875.
