Richard Chaundler (Elizabeth Robage, Anne Whitney, Robert, Robert [perhaps] Robert, Eustace, Robert, Robert, Robert, Eustace, Eustace, Robert, ...), son of Robert and Elizabeth (Robage) Chaundler, was born about 1585, and died after 1634.

He married Mary Thorne, daugher of Humphrey Thorne of Bishop's Caundle in co. Dorset.

He was aged 19 when he matriculated into Hart Hall, Oxford University on 16 November 1604. He received his B.A. 16 April 1608, and an M.A. in 9 July 1612. He became the Rector of St. Mary's, Wilton, Co. Wiltshire, 1621; of Ditchampton 1621, and Canon of Sarum in 1634.

i. Robert Chaundler, b. ca. 1619
ii. Giles Chaundler, bp. 17 Jan 1626, St. Mary, Wilton, Wiltshire.
iii. Mary Chaundler, married (1) 4 Jul 1631, St. Mary, Wilton, Wiltshire, William Sharp of Fuggleston, Wilts., and m.(2) ----- Brooke.
iv. Gertrude Chaundler, married ----- Lyte by the time of her father's will, but may also be the Gertrude Chandler who m. Henry Parsons, 7 May 1640, St. Mary, Wilton.
