He married, 11 Oct 1882, Leominster, MA, Mary A. Porter, of Leominster, MA, daughter of Levi W. Porter.^[2] She was born 4 Oct 1858, Leominster, MA, and died after 1900.

He is a member of the firm of Whitney-Blake Book & Drug Company, incorporated; resided Boulder, CO.
