George Albion8 Whitney (Albion Paris7, Samuel6, Asa5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Albion Paris7 and Mary Jane (Pease) Whitney, was born 5 Jul 1849, Appleton, ME, and died 10 Jul 1916, Peabody, MA.

He married firstly, 16 Dec 1878, Peabody, MA, Annie H. Brooks, daughter of Charles and Lucinda (Hill) Brooks. She was born about 1855, Peabody, MA, and died 15 Feb 1908, Peabody, MA, aged 52 years 2 months, of cancer of the breast.[1][2]

He married secondly, 26 Jan 1910, Boston, MA [recorded Peabody, MA], Jessie Evangeline Stearns, daughter of Samuel E. and Sallie B. (McGill) Stearns.[3] She was born about 1873, Danielson, CT.

They resided Peabody, MA, 40 Central St.

ii. Arthur Brooks Whitney, b. 19 May 1884, Peabody, MA;[5] d. 17 Feb 1885, Peabody, MA, aged 8 moths 29 days, of pneumonia.[6]
