He married, 17 Jun 1863, West Camp, Saugerties, NY, Lanah Mower, daughter of William Henry and Sarah (Dederick) Mower. She was born 31 Jul 1834, Myner Hill, in Saugerties, NY.
He was a farmer and quarryman. They have lived for three years at High Falls, in Marbletown, NY; three years at Myner Hill; two years at Saugerties; and then returned to Myner Hill, where they still resided in Feb 1875.
