Philo Lorenzo8 Whitney (Eli7, James6, Samuel5, Samuel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Eli7 and Dorcas (Austin) Whitney, was born 30 May 1833, Newfield, NY, and died after 1905.

He married, 16 Apr 1856, Ann Elizabeth Zeak. She was born 8 Sep 1837, Warwick, NY, and died 25 Jun 1888, Corning, NY, aged 51 years.

He resided Horseheads and Corning, NY.
