Samuel6 Whitney (Ezra5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Ezra5 and Mercy (Morse) Whitney, was born 12 Oct 1760, Douglas, MA,[1] and died -- Aug 1789.
He married, 13 Dec 1781, Douglas, MA, Azubah Hill,[2] daughter of Caleb and Hannah (Adams) Hill. She was born 29 Aug 1761, Douglas, MA.
He resided Douglas, MA.
Inventory of his estate returned to probate court at Worcester, 1 Sep 1789. His brother Ezra was administrator.
