Thomas Whitney, parentage unknown, born before 1545, died after 1565.
In 1565 he was involved in a lawsuit concerning Draycote Manor, Warwickshire. This document mentions that his brother was named John Whitney, and that John had acted in his absence when "his brother Thomas Whytney was dysposyd to travayle beyond the seas for relygyon sake".
Notes
This could not have been the Abbott Thomas Whitney, as that man had died in 1558, and this document implies that this Thomas Whitney was still living.
