William Bordman9 Whitney (Charles7, Charles6, John5, (poss.) Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Charles7 and Sarah K. (Hall) Whitney, was born 22 Jul 1850, Thorndike, ME, and died 17 Oct 1945, South Haven, MI. He was buried in Winchester, MA.

He married firstly, 26 Jul 1871, Lowell, MA, Sarah J. McConway/MacKensie/etc. dau. of Frank & Helen (-----) McConway, or Daniel McConway. She was born Coaticook, QC, and died 20 Jun 1906, Melrose, MA, aged 55 years 8 months, of cancer,[1][2]. She was buried in Wellwood Cemetery, Winchester, MA.

He married secondly, before 1910, Bernice M. -----. She was born about 1873, MD, and died after 1934.

In 1879 he was a clerk living at 14 Frothingham Ave., Boston, MA. In 1934 he was a commercial traveler living at 4 Healy St., West Springfield, MA.

Lizzie Barrell Whitney, b. 2 May 1879, Boston, MA,[4] or Charlestown, MA; "Lizzie Boynton" m.(1) 16 Feb 1903, Malden, MA [recorded in Melrose, MA]], Richard Augustus Roberts, b. ca. 1876, Charlestown, MA, son of Frank Edwin and Phoebe (Sutton) Roberts;[5] divorced; "Elizabeth Boynton" m.(2) 18 or 20 Sep 1909, Arlington, MA [also recorded at Somerville, MA], Paul Erskine Wright, b. ca. 1877, Malden or South Walpole, MA, son of George F. and Miriam E. (Fuller) Wright.[6]
