Abiezer Holbrook6 Whitney (Nathan5, Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), born Maine, 29 Mar 1794; married at Litchfield in 1816, Elizabeth White; born 21 Oct 1794; died July 2, 1841; married 2d Mrs. Susan Yeaton, of Hollowell, Maine. He was a millwright. He died 17 Jul 1865; resided Augusta, Maine, and New Orleans, Louisiana.

i. Martha White7 Whitney, born 29 Feb 1836; married at N. O., 17 Oct 1854. Thomas Godfrey, son of John and Mercy (Whitney) Godfrey, of Lisbon, Maine, who married for 1st wife Marcia Ann Woodward. He died in New Orleans, Louisiana, 13 Jun 1860, and she married 2d, Oct. 7, 1869, Dr. South Carolina. Russell; resided N. O.
