1. Imprimis whether at the laste assises houlden in the Cittie of heref[ord] for the countie of heref[ord] aboute the xviith daie of marche laste paste did you or anie of you and who else meete or gather yo[u]r selves or other Companie and who together to doe anie re________ hurte or mischefe to Hughe Welshe gent or to anie of his servannte[s] or people.
2. Item whether to anne suche ende or purpose cam you or anne of you the same last assises to the tonne of heref[ord] or were you or anne other and who moved thereunto or to assaulte bout hurt wound or kille the same Hugh Welshe or anne of his servannte[s] and by whom

Ite[m] whether were you or anie of you and who els then willinge or redie to aide and assiste the said def[endan]t John haworthe the sonne of the said Humfrey and his brother E___phim Haworthe or eyther of them or anne other againste the said Hughe Welshe and his servannte[s] or any of them and howe fare fourthe and upon what Cause or orracion was the same

Item Wheither did the said John Haworthe the sonne of the said Humphrey then or when else picke a quarrell unto the Hughe & wheither did he then denie aswell to shewe the order or anie the Queene ma[jes]te[s] counsele in the Marches of Wales for rent behind unto the said Hughe for the howse werein also to paie the same rent w[hi]ch the same John Haworth streight after the Sol____ of the same distresse
