died at Big Flats, 22 Oct. 1867, and was buried there, in the family-cemetery on Sing-Sing Creek.

15006 I. Mary Whitney, b. at Big Flats, N. Y., 18 March 1846; married there, in her father's house, 9 Ap. 1862, Robert Gardner, son of Elisha and Elsie (Smith) Gardner. They lived at Big Flats till their first two children were born, after which they moved to Horseheads, N.Y., where they were still living in 1874.
15007 II. Oscar Benjamin Whitney, b. at Big Flats, N.Y., 12 May 1850; married by Rev. C. C. Carr, Presbyterian, 29 May 1873, to Elizabeth Knapp, dau. of John W. and Rebecca (Drannan) Knapp. They were living at Horseheads, N. Y., in March 1874. 19531

15012 IV. Albert Amos Whitney, b. at Big Flats, N. Y., 9 Dec. 1862; and was living there in 1874, with his mother.
