Samuel Miller (Mary Williams, Martha3 Whitney, Joshua2, John1), son of Joseph and Mary (Williams) Miller, was born 20 Jul 1751, Westminster, MA, and died 16 Oct 1820, Westminster, MA, aged 69 years.

He married firstly, 23 Oct 1775, Westminster, MA, Lydia Cutting, daughter of Josiah and Lydia (Merriam) Cutting. She was born 19 Aug 1755, Westminster, MA.

He "Ensign" married secondly (int. 2 Apr 1795), Westminster, MA, Rebecca Totingham "of Woburn", parentage, birth, and death unknown. It is possible that the marriage never occurred.

He "Ensign" "of Westminster" married thirdly, 19 Oct 1796, Stow, MA, Sarah Hale "of Stow", daughter of Asahel and Elisabeth (Patch) Hale. She was born 18 Jun 1763, Stow, MA, and died 8 Feb 1830, Westminster, MA, aged 66 years.

i. Lydia Miller, b. 19 Aug 1776; d. 15 Aug 1778, Westminster, MA, aged 2 years.
ii. Lydia Miller, b. 10 Mar 1779; d. 28 Dec 1793, Westminster, MA.
iii. Josiah Miller, b. 18 Mar 1781; m. 9 Mar 1806, Boston, MA, Zerviah Heminway.
iv. Samuel Miller, b. 28 May 1783.
v. John Cutting Miller, b. 3 Jun 1785; m.(1) 1 Dec 1808, Westminster, MA, Abigail Fessenden; m.(2) 10 Jul 1823, Westminster, MA, Tabitha Whitney, daughter of David and Elizabeth (Barns) Whitney. He was also known as Capt. John C. Miller.
vi. David Miller, b. 9 Jul 1787; d. 7 Feb 1816, Westminster, MA, aged 28 years.
vii. Eunice Miller, b. 19 Mar 1789.
viii. Annes Miller, b. 1 May 1792; m. 25 Jul 1816, Westminster, MA, James Harrington. She was also known as Ann Miller. She was also known as Anneas Miller. She was also known as Annas Miller.

Samuel and Rebecca (Totingham) Miller had no children.

i. Levi Miller, b. 15 Feb 1798; d. 9 Sep 1888, Lancaster, MA; m. 1 Jan 1826, Lancaster, MA, Mary Houghton.
