Charles M.9 Whitney (Zuri8, Artemas H.7, John Smith6, Thomas5, Thomas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Zuri8 and Sarah S. (Alden) Whitney, was born 20 Dec 1852, Ludlow, MA [Pierce] or 14 Dec 1851, Ludlow, MA,[1] and died after 1880.

He married, 29 Sep 1877, Palmer, MA, or Ludlow, MA, Lillian C. Arnold, daughter of E. B. and Clymena (Prince) Arnold.[2] She was born 6 Feb 1859, Belchertown, MA, and died 15 Aug 1910, North Wilbraham, MA, aged 51 years 6 months 9 days, of tuberculosis of intestines and mesenteric glands.[3].

He is a farmer; resided Ludlow Center, MA.

i. Lillian May10 Whitney, b. 25 Aug 1879, Ludlow, MA;[4] d. 9 May 1900, Ludlow, MA, aged 20 years 8 months 14 days, of rheumatic enslocanlitis.[5]
