Charles Orlando Whitney (Charles Francis, Charles M.), was born 1 Sep 1903, Somerville, MA,[1] and died 5 Dec 1988, Harrison, AR.
He married Dorothy Eleanor Baldwin, daughter of Elmer Lavelle and Elta May (Thompson) Baldwin. She was born 27 Feb 1910, Trinidad, CO, and died 6 Dec 1992, Harrison, AR.
