Chauncey Edson7 Whitney (Chauncey8 Parker, Joshua5, Joshua4, Cornelius3, Joshua2, John1), son of Chauncey8 Parker and Sally (Edson) Whitney, was born 24 Mar 1812, Aurelius, NY, and died 8 Oct 1882, Livonia, MI. He was buried in Union Cemetery, Livonia, MI.[1]

He married firstly, 16 Oct 1831, Livonia, MI, Minerva Howe, daughter of Timothy and Sally (Howe) Howe. She was born 17 Jul 1812, Livonia, NY, and died after 1850. She was buried in Lake View Cemetery, Quincy, MI.[2]

He married secondly, between 1850 and 1857, Julia A. Armstrong. She was born 1 Jan 1819, Livonia, or Dutchess Co., NY, and died 30 Oct 1891, Addison, NY. She was buried in Union Cemetery, Livonia, MI.[3]

He resided Branch Co., MI, and Livonia, NY. In 1837 he had 160 acres in Section 8, Quincy, MI.
