Clyde E. Whitney (Charles F., Charles Francis, Francis), son of Charles F. and Nellie J. (Clark) Whitney, was born about 1879, Elmore, VT, and died after 1908.

He married, 17 Jul 1907, Lynn or Pittsfield, MA, Helena Medick, daughter of Louis O. and Annie M. (Scheiner) Medick.[1] She was born about 1887, Pittsfield, MA.

Children of Clyde E. and Helena (Medick) Whitney:

i. Oswald Francis Whitney, b. 22 Aug 1908, Saugus, MA.[2]
