Daniel6 Whitney (James5, [prob.] James4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of James5 and Mary (Thayer) Whitney, was born 26 Feb 1772, Winchester, NH, and died 29 Mar 1857, Plymouth, VT.
He married, 25 Feb 1796, Ludlow, VT, Content Stiles, daughter of Jacob and Abigail (-----) Stiles. She was born 10 Jan 1777, Keene, NH, and died 1863.
He was a cordwainer. He resided Saint Johnsbury, VT.
