Dorothy⁵ Whitney (Richard⁴, Richard³, Richard², John¹), daughter of Richard and Hannah (Whitcomb) Whitney was born 13 Apr 1718 at Stow, MA^[1].

Dorothy married Phineas Taylor, son of John and Esther (Green) Taylor, circa 1741; m. Phineas Taylor, son of John and Esther (Green) Taylor, before 26 Jan 1773.

Phineas Taylor was born on 25 Oct 1716 at Stow, MA. He died on 5 Jun 1790 at Boxborough, MA, at age 73. He was also known as Taylor.

vi.	Israel Taylor, b. Apr 1754; d. 30 May 1754 at Stow, MA.
