This record is problematical. How can Anna Whitney have been born in NJ, and be the mother-in-law of George Spackman, if his wife Hulda's mother was born in PA? Notice that in 1870, Ann was said to be born in PA. Hulda could be Anna's daughter by a previously unknown first marriage. Her maiden name is not known.
