Isaac Edmund2 Whitney (Edmund1, Edmund), son of Edmund1 and Frances (Hope) Whitney, was born 7 May 1841, Altrincham, Cheshire, England, and died 9 Sep 1901, Little Sioux, IA. He was buried in Soldier Valley Cemetery, Pisgah, IA.[1]

He married, 17 Aug 1865, Harrison Co., IA, Jane Louisa Triplett, daughter of George and Lavenia (Hooper) Triplett. She was born 10 Jan 1836, Devonport, Devonshire, England, and died 26 Oct 1912, Salt Lake County, UT, aged 74 years.[2]

Isaac Edmund2 and Jane Louisa (Triplett) Whitney had no children.
