Jason5 Whitney (Jason4, Mark3, Benjamin2, John1) son of Jason4 and Lois (Fisher) Whitney was born 20 Oct 1780 at Natick, MA[1] and died 25 Jul 1844 at Natick, MA, at age 63[2], aged 65 years; married; consumption.

Marriage banns for Jason and Hannah Goodenow were published 12 Sep 1801 at Natick, MA; husband "Jr."; first wife; m. Margaret Green after 27 Dec 1810; second wife;

Hannah Goodenow was born on 8 Jun 1783 at Natick, MA. She died on 27 Dec 1810 at Dedham, MA, at age 27. She In the Dedham VR, she is shown as dying 27 Dec 1810 at age 28 of "tiphus fever". Died shortly after the birth of her last child, Nancy Goodenow Whitney, b. 26 Nov 1810, also at Dedham. Probably was having a very difficult pregnancy and returned to her parents home for extra care leading up to the birth of this child, and died a month later. She was also known as Hannah Goodnow.

iii. Eben Fisher Whitney, b. 10 Jan 1805 at Watertown, MA.
iv. Hannah Goodenow Whitney, b. 2 Jan 1807 at Watertown, MA; m. Arthur Danforth 1829; first husband, husband "of Dedham."
v. Emerline Ann Whitney, b. 6 Feb 1809 at Watertown, MA; m. Elijah Hersey 14 Oct 1827 at Natick, MA; husband "Jr.", "of Dedham."
She and Elijah Hersey appeared on the census of 1880 at Elmira, NY;

Emeline HERSEY Wife M Female W 71 MA Keeping House MA MA.
vi. Nancy Goodenow Whitney, b. 26 Nov 1810 at Dedham, MA; m. Quincy Wheeler 14 Jun 1832 at Newton, MA; m. David Morse Whitney, son of Capt. George Whitney and Esther Morse, 23 Jan 1845 at Natick, MA.
She Mother died shortly after her birth, also at Dedham. Probably was having a very difficult pregnancy and returned to her parents home for extra care leading up to the birth of this child, and died a month later.

There were no children of Jason5 and Margaret (Green) Whitney.
