John5 Whitney (Daniel4, John3, John2, John1), son of Daniel4 and Susanna (Curtis) Whitney, was born 23 May 1705, Roxbury, MA,[1] and died after 1741.
John married, 1 May 1727, Boston, MA, Elizabeth Brinno "both of Boston",[2] probably daughter of Francis and Sarah (Vringe) Breeno/Breno/Brenow/Brinno/Brino/Bruno, who were married in Boston 26 Jan 1699. She was born say 1706, perhaps Boston, MA, and died 14 Nov 1775, Milton, MA, "of Boston".[3]

Susanna Whitney, b. 7 Jun 1741.[22] Based on her age, she may be the Susannah Whitne who died 26 Feb 1811, East Bridgewater, MA, aged 69 or 70, of cancer in the face.[23]
