Joseph B.7 Whitney (John6, Asa5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of John6 and Hannah (Rich) Whitney, was born 30 Apr 1809, probably Lincoln Plantation, ME, and died 10 Mar 1854.
He married, 9 Jun 1836, Mary Chase, daughter of Job and Jane (Pattee) Chase. She was born 21 May 1808, probably Unity, ME, and died after 1850. She married secondly, after 1860, ----- Taylor.

This seems to be the widow of Joseph, with daughter Julia. Betsey Whitney is unidentified.
