He married secondly, 19 Oct 1951, Los Angeles, CA, Elma (Metsker) Bridges, daughter of John D. and Caroline (Sawyer) Metsker. She was born 3 Nov 1897, Trenton, MO, and died 10 Sep 1991, Trenton, MO.
Julian and Evelyn lived and farmed all their married lives in Grundy County, MO, except for a short time living in California and in Kansas City, MO. Julian was also an auctioneer.
Julian and Elma lived in California returning to Grundy County, Mo in 1952, where they lived south of the Hickory community.
