Luther6 Whitney (Joshua5, Eleazer4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Joshua5 and Betty (Wood) Whitney, was born 25 Jul 1780, Henniker, NH,[1] and died after 1820.
He married firstly, 13 Jan 1803, Henniker, NH, Hannah Gordon.[2] She was born 24 Jun 1778, and died 13 Dec 1804.
He married secondly, 26 Jun 1806, Washington, NH, Lydia "Nabby" Wood.[3] She was born 9 May 1777, MA, and died 16 Jan 1816 [but see census records below, where she is living with her daughter Orpha].
He resided Henniker, Canaan, and Washington, NH, and Saratoga, NY.
