Family:Whitney, Mary (1765-1824)

Mary5 Whitney (Jason4, Mark3, Benjamin2, John1), daughter of Jason4 and Elizabeth (Beal) Whitney, was born 24 Mar 1765, Natick, MA,[1] and died 4 Feb 1824, Natick, MA, aged 60 years, of palsy.[2]

Mary married, circa 1788, Richard Bacon "of Needham", son of Richard and Anna (Hawes) Bacon. He was born 10 Jan 1757, Dedham, MA, and died 26 Oct 1826, Natick, MA, aged 70 years.

Pierce says the following:[3]

MARY [WHITNEY], b. Mar. 24, 1765; m. Richard BACON, of Needham, two ch.: Eliza and William, and 8 others; rem. to Ontario Co., N.Y.

Children of Richard and Mary5 (Whitney) Bacon, both born Natick, MA:

i. William Bacon, b. 16 Nov 1794; "of Hopkinton" m. (int. 3 Sep 1818, Hopkinton, MA) 3 Dec 1818, Framingham, MA, Eliza Jones "of Framingham".
ii. Eliza Bacon, b. 22 Sep 1802; m. (int. 15 Feb 1824, Natick, MA) William Alden "of Newton".
