Milo7 Whitney (William6, Joseph5, Joshua4, Cornelius3, Joshua2, John1), son of William6 and Deborah M. (Duel) Whitney, was born 4 May 1823, Granville, NY, and died 16 Jan 1899, Yutan, NE.

He married firstly, 18 Feb 1849, Wayne Co., NY, Mary Ann Frost, daughter of Abner and Betsey (Merritt) Frost. She was born 3 Aug 1831, and died 23 Mar 1875, Wayne Co., NY.

He married secondly, about 1875, Elizabeth B. (Bishop) Quinby. She was born 23 Dec 1842, NY, and died 28 Apr 1910. She had married firstly, before 1858, Ontario, NY, ----- Quinby, who died before the 1860 census. By him she had two sons: Clifford, b. ca. 1859, Ontario, NY, and Jay, b. ca. 1860 (posthumously), Ontario, NY. She was buried in Wyuka Cemetery, Lincoln, NE.[1]

He resided Yutan, NE.
