Rebecca4 Whitney (Moses3, Richard2, John1), daughter of Moses3 and Sarah (Knight) Whitney, was born circa 1701 at Stow, MA,[1] and died 27 Jul 1780, Harvard, MA, of advanced age.[2]

She "of Stow" married, 20 May 1724, Lancaster, MA, John4 Whitney "of Lancaster",[3] son of Isaiah3 and Sarah (Woodward) Whitney.

The preponderance of the evidence points to Rebeckah being the daughter of Moses, and that she died in Harvard, MA and is buried there. In both the Lancaster and Stow VR's she is shown as "of Stow."
