Resolved Items

  • Email functionality has now been restored after many years of being inoperable. You should be able to request a password reset, email another user, etc.

Features still not working

  • Ability to upload images has not yet been activated on this new site.
  • The web address is temporarily set to "new.whitneygen.org" until the decision is made to replace the live site with this new site.
  • Newly created user accounts will not have a user page automatically created.
  • The Create Family pages are not operational.
  • The Advanced Search page and the search section on the main page are not operational.
  • Google Maps on some pages are not operational. See
  • Timelines on a few pages are not operational.
  • The Discussion Forums are not operational.
  • Dynamic Pages - these show up as <DPL> sections on pages. See Medieval Whitney Families for an example.
