Jeremiah married, 23 Mar 1736/7, Groton, MA, '''Elizabeth Chamberlain''', daughter of "Paugus" John and Abigail (Woods) Chamberlain.  She was born 27 Oct 1713, Groton, MA, and died 1 Feb 1774, Pepperell, MA, aged 60 years.  On 2 Feb 1779, Pepperell, MA, administration on her estate was granted.

He was also known as Dea. Jeremiah Lawrence.  He and Elizabeth Chamberlain were dismissed to the church in Pepperill.  He was elected Deacon.
