Christopher A.6 Whitney (Jacob5, Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), born 3 Apr 1793, at Phillips, Maine; married there 1 Jun 1823, Adeline Howard; born 1803; died 1883, near Black River Falls, Wisconsin. He was in the war of 1812; resided Phillips until 1866, then moved to Greenfield. He died at Tomah, Wisconsin, Age 23, 1869; resided Phillips, Maine, and Greenfield, Wisconsin.

ii. Benjamin Whitney, born 2 Apr 1828; married Huldah Whitney.
