George Lyman9 Whitney (Lyman8, James7, John6, James5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, [[Family:Whitney, John (1592-1673)|John1]), son of Lyman8 and Mary (Leland) Whitney, was born 21 Aug 1848, Sherborn, MA,[1] and died after 1880.
He married, 23 or 24 Nov 1872, Sherborn, MA, Martha A. Fleming, daughter of John and Elisabeth (-----) Fleming.[2] She was born 25 Feb 1849, Boston, MA, and died after 1880.
He is a farmer and also conducts a large livery stable; resided South Framiningham, MA.
