Ivory Samuel8 Whitney (Samuel Ivory7, Samuel6, Elijah5, Abraham4, Isaiah3, Thomas2, John1), son of Samuel Ivory7 and Eliza (Cannon) Whitney, was born 26 Jan 1854, New Bedford, MA,[1] and died 9 Feb 1929, Cranston, RI.[2]
He married, 23 Apr 1879, Providence, RI, Mary Linton Macomber, dau. of Thomas W. and Amanda M. (Jorden) Macomber.[3] She was born Oct 1853, MA.
He resided 212 Friendship St., Providence, RI, in 1895.
