Artemas8 Whitney (Daniel7, Daniel6, Daniel5, Richard4, Richard3, Richard2, John1), son of Daniel7 and Sarah (Marble) Whitney, was born 9 Aug 1815, Stow, MA,[1] and died 2 Apr 1907, Maynard, MA, aged 91 years 7 months 23 days, of hemiplegia.[2] He was buried in Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard, MA.[3]

He married, 11 Nov 1847, Lucy Jane Pease, daughter of Alpheus and Lucy J. (Foster) Pease. She was born 25 Dec 1826, Weston, VT, and died 27 October 1898, Maynard, MA, aged 72 years 10 months 2 days, of chronic nephritis.[4] She was buried in Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard, MA.[5]

He resided Sudbury and Maynard, MA.
