Marriage intentions for him and Alice Whitney "of Harvard" were published 20 Mar 1752, Lancaster, MA;^[4]. He "of Lancaster" married, 20 May 1752, Harvard, MA, Alice Whitney,^[5] daughter of Jonathan and Alice (Willard) Whitney,^[6] q.v. She was born 2 Apr 1733, Harvard, MA,^[7] and died on 5 Sep 1812 at Otis, MA, in 80th year, or in 79th year.^[8]

He was also known as Timothy Whitney Esq.
