Hutchins; born 22 Jul 1822; died Little Falls, Minnesota, 12 May 1858; married 2d, at Galena, 22 May 1860, Dorotha F. Thompson, born 13 May 1825; resided Amboy, New York, Minneapolis and Little Falls, Minnesota, Galena, Illinois, and Lansing, Iowa.

ii.	Jerusha Whitney, born 20 Jul 1839; married 1859, Arthur Gardin, resided 1606 6th St., north, Minneapolis.
iii.	Carmilly Whitney, born 13 Jan 1841; married Sep 1858, Hiram Dillon; resided 2735 29th Ave., south, Minneapolis.
iv.	Ineze Whitney, born 16 Jul 1850; married 1874, Leroy Fellows; resided Clay Center, Kansas.
v.	Georgianna Whitney, born Jan 1853; d. 1886, Kankakee, IL. She married 1872, Albert Holt.
vi.	Nellie Whitney, born 2 Apr 1861; married ----- Norris; resided Lansing.
vii.	Grant U. Whitney, born 17 Apr 1864; married Mary T. Hentrich
