Daniel Whitney, parentage not proven, but probably a son of Joshua and Dorothy (Knowlton) Whitney, was born say 1782, and died after 1810.
Marriage intentions were published 6 Nov 1803, Belchertown, MA, for him and Eleanor Vince. She may be the Alliner Vince, daughter of Moses and Anne (Tucker) Vince, born 24 Aug 1782, Wrentham, MA. She was born about 1782, MA, and died after 1850, when she was enumerated, aged 68, in the same house as her son Silas.
