Daniel H.8 Whitney (Cheeney7, Nathan6, Jonathan5, Jonathan4, Jonathan3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Cheeney7 and Olive (Colwell) Whitney, was born 19 Oct 1819, Seneca Castle, NY.
He married firstly, 15 May 1850, Susannah DeGraff. She was born 6 Jan 1830, and died 21 Dec 1851.
He married secondly, 7 Jun 1855, Martha Van Gelder. She was born 31 Aug 1834, and died 26 Oct 1876.
He married thirdly, 4 Mar 1881, Sarah Van Gelder. She was born 28 Feb 1832; resided Seneca Castle, NY.
Children of Daniel H.8 and Martha Van (Gelder) Whitney:
