Enoch6 Whitney (David5, Thomas4, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1), son of David5 and Sarah (Rugg) Whitney,[1] was born 25 Sep 1756, Harvard, MA,[2] and died after 1820.

He married 2 Sep 1780, Ashburnham, MA, Hannah Davis.[3] She was born before 1765, and apparently died after 1820.

He was in the Revolutionary war in the company from Harvard commanded by Capt. Sargent; resided Harvard, MA.

Children of Enoch6 and Hannah (Davis) Whitney:

i. Sally7 Whitney, b. 21 Feb 1780, Harvard, MA;[4] m. 1 Nov 1808, Harvard, MA, Elijah Dwinell.[5]
ii. William W. Whitney, b. 27 Feb 1785, Harvard, MA;[6] m. Betsey Farnsworth.
iii. Lydia Whitney, b. 27 Jul 1792, Harvard, MA;[7] d. 30 Jul 1863, Harvard, MA, aged 70 years 11 months 27 days, of cancer;[8] m. 22 or 23 Aug 1810, Harvard, MA, Samuel Farnsworth.[9]
