David6 Whitney (Joshua5, Joshua4, Joshua3, David2, Samuel1), was born between 1780 and 1790, Southampton Co., VA, and died 1838, Southampton Co., VA.
He married, 21 Dec 1811, Southampton Co., VA, Nancy Joyner. She was the daughter of William Joyner and Mary Whitney.
Nancy Whitney asked for letters of dismission from Black Creek Bapt. Church for herself and three daughters, Mary L., Catherine Presson and Louisa in 1853.
