Christopher Atwood6 Whitney (Jacob5, Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Jacob5 and Hannah (Mills) Whitney, was born 3 Apr 1793, Phillips, ME, and died 23 Aug 1869, Tomah, WI.

He married, 1 Jun 1823, Phillips, ME, Adeline Howard. She was born 1803, and died 1883, near Black River Falls, WI.
