Susanna Norcross, daughter of Nathaniel Norcross and Jemima Abbot, 10 Oct 1765 at Watertown, MA; d. before 12 May 1813; his children supported the contested will of his brother Joseph, in which he, and they if he die, were the chief legatees; I infer that he was dead, else it would have been he who supported it.
He Robert Ward suggests he must have died before 12 May 1813, as his children supported the contested will of his brother Joseph, in which he, and they if he die, were the chief legatees; he (RW) infers that he was dead, else it would have been he who supported it.**He and his wife, Susanna, are recorded at East Congregational Church on 20 Jul 1766 as owning the covenant.
v. Elizabeth Whitney, baptized 23 Nov 1746; forename omitted in record; m. Abraham Whitney, son of John Whitney and Susan (--?--), 10 Jul 1766 at Watertown, MA; "both of Watertown;" d. before 3 Dec 1772.

Elizabeth Goddard was born say 1720 at of Watertown, MA. She died after 4 Mar 1785 at Watertown, MA. She died before 11 May 1791 at Watertown, MA.

There were no children of Joseph5 and Elizabeth (Goddard) Whitney.
