Lieut. Daniel⁶ Whitney (Daniel⁵, Richard⁴, Richard³, Richard², John¹), son of Daniel⁵ and Dorothy (Goss) Whitney, was born 11 Dec 1749, Stow, MA, and died 28 Sep 1805, Stow, MA.

He married 10 Dec 1778, Sarah Durant, of Bedford.

His will was probated in 1806 and all his children were then living. He resided Stow, MA.
