Nathaniel⁵ Lawrence (Nathaniel⁴, Ruth Whitney³, John², John¹), son of Nathaniel⁴ and Anna (Scripture) Lawrence was born 3 May 1702 at Groton, MA^[1] and his estate was probated 4 Oct 1775 at Groton, MA^[2], will proved.

Nathaniel married Dorothy Chamberlin 4 Feb 1728/29 at Groton, MA.

He left a will on 30 Aug 1775 at Groton, MA; wife Dorothy; daughter Dorothy Hudson; sons Thomas and Isaac; daughters Abigail Gilson, Eunice, and Martha; son John, executor.

Dorothy Chamberlin was born say 1708; guess by RLW. She died after 4 Oct 1775.

iv.	Isaac Lawrence, b. 8 Jan 1736/37 at Groton, MA; m. Mary Bailey.
v.	Abigail Lawrence, b. 21 Jun 1739 at Groton, MA; m. Nehemiah Gilson 22 Jan 1767 at Groton, MA; d. 19 Nov 1825 at Dunstable, MA, at age 86.
vi.	John Lawrence, b. 13 Nov 1741 at Groton, MA; m. Sarah (--?--); d. 26 Dec 1799 at age 58.
vii.	Eunice Lawrence, b. circa 1743.
viii.	Martha Lawrence, b. circa 1745.
