Nathan5 Whitney (Nathan4, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1), son of Nathan4 and Mary (Holman) Whitney was born 6 Mar 1723/24 at Stow, MA[1] and died 28 Oct 1801 at Conway, MA, at age 77[2], aged 77 years, of cancer; his estate was probated 17 May 1763 at Stow, MA; wrote a letter to the probate judge about the estate of his father, over which he and his mother had had a falling out.
Nathan married Tabitha Benett, daughter of Samuel and Tabitha (Wheeler) Bennett, 22 Jan 1752 at Holden, MA; husband "of Stow", wife "of Holden;".
He Listed under Whetney rather than Whitney.
Tabitha Benett was born on 27 Oct 1724 at Lancaster, MA. She died on 12 May 1804 at Conway, MA, at age 79; "an aged woman." She was also known as Tabitha Bennett. She was also known as Tabitha Bennit.
