Daniel7 Whitney (Elijah6, Thomas5, Thomas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Elijah6 and Mindwell (Hardy) Whitney, was born 21 Feb 1807, Westborough, MA,[1] and died 27 Apr 1881, Grafton, MA.

He married firstly, 2 May 1833, Westborough, MA, Nancy B. Newton.[2] She was born in Northborough, MA, and died 26 Apr[3] or 15 Jul 1844, Westborough, MA, aged 28 years.[4]

Marriage intentions were published 5 Apr 1845, Westborough, MA, for him and his second wife Sarah S. Fiske "of Shelburne".[5] He "widr." "of Westboro" married secondly, 1 May 1845, Shelburne, MA, Sarah Stow Fisk,[6] daughter of David and Lydia (Allen) Fiske. She was born 11 Feb 1816, Upton, MA.

Worcester county probate records: Daniel Whitney, of Grafton; wife Sarah S. F., Ch.: Daniel A., Worcester; Edw. W., Grafton; Nancy J. Batcheller, Millbury; Esther M. Howell, Westborough; Julia M. Pratt, Natick, dead. Daniel A., exec.; Mar 20 1881; June 21, 1881. Caroline Whitney, Addie Whitney, both of Springfield, children of Henry A. Whitney, a deceased son, minors, Abby Whitney being their guardian.

He resided Westborough, MA.
